800d9017dd convert glowlights, table lamps, and standing lamps
to use param2-base coloring.

Reworked crafting as needed to account for the node names.

73545c89af Use texture colorization where possible
Uses "color = <foo>" in the tile image def instead
of compositing with ^[colorize or ^[brighten.  Saves RAM.

4d5975d407 allow inventories to be locked (not just have a locked version of it being spawned later, but be locked by registration)
the code will also be used later to replace locked.lua that spawns a locked version from an unlocked version
