Cleanup line endings (#245)
The exact commands to make this commit were:

git reset --hard origin/master
find -type f |  # list all regular files
  grep -E '\.(h|cpp|fsh|vsh|mm)|LICENSE$' |  # filter for text files
  xargs -n 1 -P $(nproc) sed -i 's:\s*$::'  # for each file, trim trailing whitespace including the CR
git commit -a

c40045a40a Rename SMaterial::TextureLayer -> SMaterial::TextureLayers
It's not the "texture layer" of the material, but an array of texture layers.

5ececc7d29 Split up texture filtering properties of SMaterialLayer into MinFilter and MagFilter
You can now set the filter used when scaling textures down and the filter used when scaling textures up separately.

084e0e669a Merging r6073 through r6074 from trunk to ogl-es branch.
The support for UINT shader constants added in this is just returning warnings in GLES drivers as this would need ES 3.0

2ae2a551a6 Merging r5975 through r6036 from trunk to ogl-es branch.
GLES drivers adapted, but only did make compile-tests.
