Make TNT respect on_blast, implement on_blast for some nodes
Implemented nodes:
- Steel Door: Ignores explosion
- Locked Chest: Ignores explosion
- Fire: Ignores explosion
- TNT: Starts burning
- Burning TNT: Explodes immediately
- Gunpowder: Starts burning
- Burning Gunpowder: Ignores explosion
