Kahrl 5ca877b836 minetestmapper: Fix the way ylist is computed, use cStringIO instead of rolling own Bytestream, remove some artifacts when drawing underground blocks, introduce a --drawunderground switch (defaults to of), 'blocknum' renamed to 'content'.
