c2aa7582fdFixed tables' on_place functions to properly check for on_rightclick on whatever you try to place on, so that the on_rightclick is executed instead of the table being placed (e.g. it was interfering with doors).

a7a2e11b7eAll doors now check for the presence of node_ownership and, if present and the area you place in is owned by someone else, and you don't have rights to build there, the door will not be placed (you will receive a warning message instead).
