Cleanup node naming, node drops and inv. images

Browse Source 
Descriptions of all nodes are (hopefully) in proper English now,
no more stupid non-descriptions like “Young2treebottom” etc.
Bush branches drop sticks, young tree trunks drop sticks, too.
