Louis Royer 2d13513de0 Use mt5 translation api 
This allow client side translation.

I also enabled translation on Dye Airbrush interface and added
`basic_materials` to `depends` since it is used for Dye Airbrush craft
(but, it could be moved to `optional_depends` if we check mod is loaded
to register craft).
