Object Detector, cleanup and different behaviour:
...
* Name to scan for can be specified by right-clicking it
* It can receive digiline signals that change the name to scan for
* A sign above it for the name doesn't work anymore (this features wasn't used often anyway)

Port a lot more (basically everything apart from gates, pistons and extrawire crossing) to the new nodedef system. There are some problems with wall button and wall lever (in the way they visually connect to wires)
