d17f22f536 Fix texture coordinates of cuboid drawtypes (#16091)
Fixes issues related to combining animated and world-aligned textures.
Changes texture coordinates of cuboid drawtypes to stay in the [0,1] range, instead of carrying the mapblock alignment and becoming negative after transformations.

a14b8d0976 Get rid of MapblockMeshGenerator::cur_node.tile
There is more than one tile per node, so it shouldn't be stored like this.
This makes MapblockMeshGenerator less stateful.

d8f1daac25 Visual Effects Vol. 1 (#14610)
This PR adds a variety of effects to enhance the visual experience.

    "soft" clouds look
    Tinted shadows
    Crude water reflections (sky and sun) and waves
    Translucent foliage
    Node specular highlights
    Adjusted fog color (more saturated where the fog is lighter)
    Minor changes to volumetric lighting (crudely simulates the effect of depth)

cc56ebd90d Avoid rendering invisible faces of simple nodeboxes (#12262)
* Skip rendering faces adjacent to opaque nodes
* Cancel out opposite faces of adjacent nodebox nodes of the same type

5a02c376ea refacto: RenderingEngine::get_scene_manager() is now not callable from singleton
This permits to make evidence that we have some bad object passing on various code parts. I fixed majority of them to reduce the scope of passed objects

Unfortunately, for some edge cases i should have to expose ISceneManager from client, this should be fixed in the future when our POO will be cleaner client side (we have a mix of rendering and processing in majority of the client objects, it works but it's not clean)
