* Create diglines.fr.tr

French translation added. Normally I got it right (I'm French 😄 ), but you can change it if something is weird.

* Update diglines.fr.tr:
  - Changing the lowercase 'd' to the uppercase 'D' of digilines
  - Changing the name of the RTC
