Modified ground cover ore defs.
Fixed Dried Mud texture.

Additional Stone types.

Additional Sand types.
Rewritten Dirt types.
Rewritten Ore types.
New Fluids (New water types, oil).
Biome Generation moved here from lib_ecology.
Ore generation refactored.
