0af7b69afa cleanfile run: remove trailing whitespace.
When it's this far out of hand you really need to clean up or else
everyone will be submitting patches with more whitespace problems.

5ca1ed261e global i18n : add plantlife_i18n mod
idea taken from homedecor_modpack and its homedecor_i18n
all translated mods have a new dependency : plantlife_i18n
translations are stored in po/pot file : one file for all mods

added french translation (almost complete)
transfered de/es/tr/pt translations to corresponding .po file
(only for some mods, unfortunately translations are incomplete)

42732b0636 split plants_lib off into its own repository
renamed it to biome_lib
changed all relevant functions, tables, depends.txt, etc. in this modpack to call for the new name.

2b56975993 Increase conversion rate of short grass to grass (took forever)
At the previous rate, it would take almost 27 days for half of the
short grass to convert to regular dirt with grass. And therefore
54 days in total to reach 75% conversion, 81 days for 87.5%, etc.

At the new rate, it should take about 4.5 hours for half of the
short grass to convert back to dirt wit grass.

6019a61687 Make reedmace grow faster (was extremely slow...)
At the previous rate, it would take almost 2 days and 15 hours of
playing time for half of the reedmace to grow. (and therefore 5 days
and 6 hours for 75% to grow, etc.)

The new rate should require 2.25 hours of playing time for half of
the reedmace to grow.

e2ffae0b88 Fix minor sickle issues
fixes two minor issues:

-sickle didn't respect protection for grass or wheat
-sickle added wear even though the item wasn't diggable

b7d2c9e01e Fix sickle
Fixes a bunch of issues with the sickle:
-sickle didnt care of protection
-sickle removed filled chests (also locked ones)
-when applying to a dirt node thats not "under" a player, the grass got added to the wrong position
-everything that was above a dirt_with_grass node got removed

Now I am proud to announce, that all these issues got resolved.

be147c83a3 use proper mesh model instead of embedding a node def into
water reedmace entity texture (the latter was used to get plantlike look,
now using a mesh model for same).

f1356dfd65 don't execute abstract_dryplants.grow_grass with "short" grass as a "surface" node.
as short grass may not always be there.  will do it a more proper way later.

f3cdd1b7a1 don't disable air checking in biome defs when it isn't necessary
doing so greatly slows down plants_lib by forcing the use of the legacy
mapgen code.
