Fixed missing link between sit_exec and homedecor.sit_exec

- Registered sit_exec (ghost) function as homedecor.sit_exec. All its calls
have been changed in mods/homedecor_modpack/homedecor/furnitures.lua to
homedecor.sit_exec(params)
